Depuis 2012, la Maison Internationale des Écrivains à Beyrouth organise des rencontres littéraires entre les écrivains du monde et le public libanais.
Elle accueille des écrivains en résidence et met à leur disposition un appartement situé au cœur de Beyrouth.
Durant leur séjour au Liban, les auteurs produisent un texte sur – ou inspiré par – Beyrouth qui est ensuite publié puis traduit vers l’arabe.
Since 2012, the International Writers’s House in Beirut has been organizing literary gatherings between writers from around the world and the Lebanese audience.
It hosts writers in residence and provides them with an apartment located in the heart of Beirut.
During their stay in Lebanon, the authors produce a text about – or inspired by – Beirut, which is later published and translated into Arabic.
